Caller: Hi, our printer is not working.
Customer Service: What is wrong with it?
Caller: Mouse is jammed.
Customer Service: Mouse? Printers don’t have a mouse you retard !
Caller: Mmmmm…….. oh really? OK, I’ll send you a photograph.
